Terms of Service

By accessing or using Coordinate (coordinate.travel), operated by Coordinate Travel LLC (“Coordinate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Coordinate is a travel planning application that helps you organize trips, store itineraries, and import booking details from forwarded emails. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@coordinate.travel. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the trip data, notes, and other content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant Coordinate a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Coordinate Travel LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COORDINATE TRAVEL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
